It's sad because Andrew is proud of the way he's raising his child. I don't think it's because we can't take your "heat" more like "we think you're a dumbass who can't spell and we don't want to waste our time interpreting your comments."
I'm not sorry you don't Like President Bush...I guess you're just going to have to live with it for four more years! (Unless you move back to Britian, of course). The rest of our country obviously likes him.... You should take a look at the map on Rabid's blog...it speaks for itself.

Thats 116,000 more than did not like him, not very convincing, hardly a mandate. As for the map, most of the red areas, not many people live there. I may not be able to spell, but when the lights go out are you able to switch them on again. After all you will not be able to read in the dark will you now?

The point I was making, is that people have different skills, spelling is hardly that important. Being called a dumbass is cheap and negative. In my case I do not believe I am dumb, I made be an ass sometimes (not always). If I was that dumb I would not be doing the job I do now. As for your friend, well there is a guy who is stirring up hate, at the same time as pointing a finger at everyone else for being nasty who is not of his political pursuassion. And yes I am nearly 50, and I will have the benifit of a retirement, by the time Bush gets finnished with, and everyone is gambling their retirement on the stock market well I guess you lot will be working for ever. On another point I agreed with the mother staying at home to look after kid a,b and c. Some of us are lucky enough to be able to that, but others are not.
One last point if I was in the mental instituion would I even be able to operate a mouse, or even find the power button, kind of proves the point.

Alright, Andrew. Let me refresh your aging memory:
1) I IMed you to tell you to stop harrassing my fiance and I because you wrote some nasty, inappropriate, HATEFUL things. Do you not remember writing those things? If you don't, that's when I started blocking your comments.
2) If you are trying to make the point that people have different skills, then just say it. Please don't tie it up in metaphors (especially if you can only understand it).
3)There is a distinct difference between stirring up hate vs a debate. Perhaps you should learn the difference. He is right when saying that at least he chooses a side (Republican) with his views and has a set of beliefs. You, however, don't. You squander yourself in the middle trying to make up justifications for everything that comes out of your mouth.
4) who brought up mental institutions? I don't remember reading that. And for your information, plenty of people who are in mental institutions are individuals who can function on a normal level, they have just had some kind of episode. THose people are depressed, bipolar, have personality disorders, etc. A lot of people on the street could be in one....in fact, you know one...so I'd watch yourself there. They all aren't drooling at the mouth and rocking themselves.

And on skills I seem to see the "Right" talking on PC subjects every day, regardless of metaphor so how correct are you? Birth control tablets will make u sterile and it kills babies, the new PC. My wife was unable to concieve for 10 years.

It's what we feel, I may seem a lot bitter but I a lot further down the road than you. When you posted about your father dying I felt that because my mother had died many years earlier in that same week, and to have some idiot telling me he felt sorry for my child? But thats the friends you keep. My one sadness is my mother never got to meet my son.
