Error in Calender Maths

So I was explaining to Little 'a" last week the knowledge of days,weeks and years.

7 day in a week..

52 weeks in a year.

365 days in a year.

Alarm bells started ringing, hang on  an odd number times an even number should equal an even number. Quick mental mathematics says there are actualy only 364 days in the year, or actualy 52.142857142857142857142857142857 weeks. I always had this nagging feeling about 365 days. wish they would stop lying to us
