Careful What you say

I was explaining to  kid a why fruits are so tasty and the essential role that they play in the food chain and ecology at large as they munched on some organic apples.

I explained how animals eat them because they are so tasty. Sometimes, they eat part of them. Sometimes, they eat the whole fruit, seeds and all. Then, the animals poop out the seeds and they grow with instant fertilizer. I neglected to state that that's not the way that humans grow fruit.

So, guess who I found in the back yard squatting with their pants down over a hole in the ground?

"But I wanted to make apple trees!!!"
